We are currently recruiting a Real Estate Property Manager/ Leasing agent to join us at Hudson and Ray Parramatta who is goal-driven, outgoing and passionate about the Real Estate Industry. This is an entry-level Real Estate position that opens doors to more opportunities within the near future.
About the role
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Conduct property inspections and facilitate tenants’ applications.

Create and write ads text for new properties.

Process rental applications to secure tenancies

Complete routine and ingoing inspections

Liaise with current tenants regarding vacate procedures as well as open home scheduling

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide customer service and address clients’ needs and concerns.

Stay informed about legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, including tenancy guidelines, regulations, and disclosures. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of local real estate market conditions and stay up-to-date with the latest market trends.

Have excellent computer skills, familiar with Property Tree, Microsoft tools.

Available 5 days between Monday - Saturday

Certificate of Registration required or working towards
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:

Monday to Saturday with 1 day off during the week
Annual Salary Package

55k-60k
